<br />~ <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO, 87-19 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE SANTA ANA COMMUNITY <br />REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION RECEIVING THE PROPOSED <br />REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT, AND AUTHORIZING <br />TRANSMITTAL OF THE REDEVELOPMENT PLAN TO AFFECTED <br />TAXING AGENCIES, THE FISCAL REVIEW COMMITTEE, <br />THE PLANNING COMMISSION, AND TO THE PROJECT AREA <br />COMMITTEE, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Santa Ana Community Redevelopment Commission prepared a <br />Redevelopment Project Area; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, any affected taxing commission may call for the creation of <br />a fiscal review committee with respect to the Bristol Corridor Redevelopment <br />Project, pursuant to Section 33353 of the California Community Redevelopment <br />Law (Section 33000 et seq" Health and Safety Code); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 33353,4 of the California Community <br />Redevelopment Law, if a fiscal review committee is created the Agency shall <br />send the proposed Redevelopment Plan to the representative of Orange County to <br />said fiscal review committee; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the California Community Redevelopment Law provides in <br />Section 33356 that prior to a joint public hearing on the proposed <br />Redevelopment Plan, the Commission shall submit the proposed Redevelopment <br />Plan to the Planning Commission for its report and recommendation; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the California Community Redevelopment Law provides in <br />Section 33385.5 that the pro¡iosed Redevelopment Plan shall be submitted to the <br />Project Area Committee befor~ it is submitted to the City Council, and the <br />Committee may, if it chooses, prepare a report and recommendation on the <br />proposed Redevelopment Plan. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Redevelopment <br />Commission of the Cityof Santa Ana as follows: <br /> <br />Section 1 The proposed Redevelopment Plan for the Bristol Corridor <br />Redevelopment Project is hereby received in the form attached hereto as <br />Attachment A. <br /> <br />Section 2 In the event a fiscal review committee is created, the <br />Executive Director of the Santa Ana Community Redevelopment Commission is <br />hereby authorized and directed to transmit the proposed Redevelopment Plan for <br />the Project to the Orange County representative to the fiscal review committee <br />created with respect to the Project, <br />
