The report stated that although building permits had <br />been issued there has been no construction activity on the project. <br /> CA 78.11 <br /> <br />DISSOLUTION OF Council approved the <br />NEWPORT DRAINAGE DISTRICT dissolution of Newport <br />APPROVED Drainage District, and <br /> the performance of any <br />necessary steps~ by LAFCO (Local Agency Formation Commission) <br />and the County Board of Supervisors to conclude and dissolve <br />said District, as recommended in the report prepared by Director <br />of Public Works John E. Stevens, dated October 10, 1978, on the <br />unanimously carried 6:0 motion of Councilman Garthe, seconded <br />by Councilman Brandt. Gow, regarding Zoo Development and Proposed Renaming <br />of the Zoo, were received and filed by two unanimously carried <br />6:0 motions made by Councilman Ward, seconded by Councilman <br />Brandt.
