CA 98 <br /> <br />ORAL COMMUNICATION Councilman Brandt expressed <br />BOARDS & COMMISSIONS the Council's sadness be- <br />VACANCIES DECLARED cause of the death of a <br /> valued friend, Fred Siffer- <br />mann; and with regret, made the motion, seconded by Councilman <br />Ortiz, carried unanimously 4:0, to declare a vacancy on the <br />Planning Commission, the Transportation Advisory Committee, and <br />the Civic Center Commission, all of which were formerly served <br />with distinction by Mr. Siffermann. <br /> <br />The Acting Clerk of the Council was requested to notify those <br />Councilmen whose wards are not represented on the Planning <br />Commission.
