<br />. <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />REL:mb(8) <br />3/1/88 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 88- 08 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE SANTA ANA COMMUNITY <br />REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION RECEIVING AND <br />AUTHORIZING CIRCULATION OF DRAFT ENVIRON- <br />MENTAL IMPACT REPORr FOR THE BRISTOL COR- <br />RIDOR REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT, AND SETTING <br />A PUBLIC HEARING THEREON, AND AUTHORIZING <br />PUBLICATION OF NOTICE OF COMPLETION AND <br />AVAILABILITY OF DRAFT EIR AND PUBLIC <br />HEARING THEREON <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a Draft Environmental Impact Report (Draft EIR) <br />for the Bristol Corridor Redevelopment Project has been pre- <br />pared in accordance with the provisions of the California <br />Environmental Quality Act, the State EIR Guidelines, and local <br />procedures adopted pursuant thereto. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Santa Ana Community <br />Redevelopment Commission as follows: <br /> <br />1. The Draft EIR, in the form reviewed by the Commission <br />this date, for the Bristol Corridor Redevelopment Project is <br />hereby found by the Commission to be sufficient to permit ade- <br />quate evaluation and review of the environmental impact of the <br />Project. <br /> <br />2. The said Draft EIR is hereby received by the Commission <br />as the Commission's Draft EIR for said Project for purposes of <br />circulation for review and comment by public agencies and members <br />of the public. Such comments shall be received by the Commission <br />at its office until 5:00 p.m. on April 29,1988. <br /> <br />3. A public hearing to receive comments on the Draft EIR <br />is hereby set for Tuesday, April 5, 1988 at 3:30 p.m. in the <br />Council Chambers, Santa Ana City Hall, Santa Ana, California. <br /> <br />4. Thé Executive Director of the Santa Ana Community <br />Redevelopment Commission is hereby authorized and directed to: <br /> <br />(a) file a Notice of Completion with State Clearing- <br />house in accordance with Section 15085 of the State CEQA Guide- <br />lines (California Administrative Code)¡ <br /> <br />(b) provide for the distribution of the Draft EIR <br />for comment from public agencies and others, including the <br />Project Fiscal Review Committee, if created, as applicable with <br />respect to the project¡ and <br /> <br />(c) Publish a notice twice in the Oranqe County <br />Register advising the public of the completion and availability <br />of the Draft EIR for review and comment by the public, and of <br />the public hearing thereon for such purpose. Copies of the <br />Draft EIR shall be maintained for public inspection during the <br />
