<br />\ <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />" - <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 88-0, <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION <br />OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA RECEIVING THE DRAFT <br />RULES GOVERNING PARTICIPATION AND PREFERENCES <br />BY PROPERTY OWNERS AND BUSINESS OCCUPANTS IN <br />THE BRISTOL CORRIDOR REDEVELOPMEN'r PROJECT <br />AND AUTHORIZING TRANSMI'I'TAL OF SAID RULES '1'0 <br />THE PROJECT AREA COMMITTEE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />33339.5 <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />California <br /> <br />Community <br /> <br />Redevelopment Law (Health and Safety Code Section 33000 et. seq.) provides <br /> <br />that a redevelopment commission shall adopt and make available for public <br /> <br />inspection rules to implement the operation of business re-entry preferences <br /> <br />in connection with a redevelopment plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 33345 of the Community Redevelopment Law <br /> <br />provides that a redevelopmen~, commission shall adopt and make available for <br /> <br />public i~sp"ection rules to implement the operation of owner participation in <br />connection with a redevelopment plan. <br /> <br />NOW, <br /> <br />THEREFORE, <br /> <br />BE <br /> <br />RESOLVED <br /> <br />BY <br /> <br />THE <br /> <br />COMMUNITY <br /> <br />IT <br /> <br />REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. The draft "Rules Governing Partic:ipation and <br />Preferences' ï:ïy" 'Þr¡:ïperty Owners and Busines" Occupants in the Bri"tol <br />Corridor Redevelopment Project," attached as Exhibit A and by reference <br />made a part hereof, are hereby received. <br /> <br />Section 2.
