<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 89-10 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, CHANGING THE PROJECT BASE YEAR <br />ASSESSMENT ROLL, AND RATIFYING STAFF FILING OF <br />INFORMATION REQUIRED BY SECTIONS 33327 AND 33328 OF THE <br />COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT LAW, AND PAYMENT OF A FILING <br />FEE TO THE STATE BOARD OF EQUALIZATION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 87-8, adopted on August 10, 1987, the <br />Planning Commission of the City of Santa Ana selected and designated the <br />boundaries of the redevelopment project area for the Bristol Corridor <br />Redevelopment Project, approved the Preliminary Plan for the Project, and <br />directed that the Preliminary Plan be submitted to the Agency; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 87-16, adopted on August 18, 1987, the <br />Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana received the Preliminary Plan <br />approved by the Planning Commission and established the 1987-88 assessment <br />roll as the Base Year Assessment Roll proposed to be used for the allocation <br />of taxes pursuant to Section 33670 and 33670.5 of the Community Redevelopment <br />Law; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 88-16, adopted on September 20, 1988, the <br />Redevelopment Agency change the Base Year Assessment Roll proposed to be used <br />for the allocation of taxes from the 1987-88 assessment roll; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency now intends to change the Base Year <br />Assessment Roll proposed to be used for the allocation of taxes from the <br />1988-89 assessment roll to the 1989-90 assessment roll. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Redevelopment Agency of the City <br />of Santa Ana, California, as follows: <br /> <br />1. The 1989-90 assessment roll is the Base Year Assessment Roll the <br />Agency proposes to use for the allocation of taxes pursuant to Section 33670 <br />and 33670.5 of the Community Redevelopment Law. <br /> <br />2. The payment of necessary filing fees and transmittal by the <br />Executive Director of the Agency of information required by Sections 33327 and <br />33328 of the Community Redevelopment Law with the appropriate taxing agency <br />governing bodies, taxing officials, and the State Board of Equalization is <br />hereby ratified. <br />
