<br />. <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />8 <br /> <br />Resolution No.__._??:2.~_._..__... <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING THE COMMISSION'S REPORT TO <br />THE CITY COUNCIL ON THE PROPOSED REDEVELOPMENT PLAN <br />FOR THE BRISTOL CORRIDOR REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AND <br />AUTHORIZING SUBMITTAL OF REPORT AND REDEVELOPMENT <br />PLAN TO REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AND CITY COUNCIL. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Community Redevelopment Commission of the City of Santa Ana <br />has prepared a Redevelopment Plan for the Bristol Corridor Redevelopment Project; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Commission has submitted the proposed <br />Redevelopment Plan to the Planning Commis~ion of the City of Santa Ana for its <br />report and recommendation; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 33352 of the California Community Rede- <br />velopment Law (Health and Safety Code Section 33000 .e1. !!e.q,) the Commiesion has <br />prepared a Report to the City Council on the proposed Redevelopment Plan, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF SANTA ANA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />§.\l'çj.j,Q.~..l. The Commission hereby approves its Report to the Santa Ana <br />City Council on the proposed Redevelopment Plan for the Bristol Corridor <br />Redevelopment Project, in the form attached hereto. <br /> <br />§,!!.Ç-R9.!Lz'.
