<br />'. <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Resolution No. ~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF THE SANTA ANA COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT <br />COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING AND <br />ADOPTING RULES GOVERNING PARTICIPATION AND PREFERENCES <br />BY PROPERTY OWNERS AND BUSINESS OCCUPANTS IN THE <br />BRISTOL CORRIDOR REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AND AUTHORIZ- <br />ING TRANSMITTAL OF SAID RULES TO THE REDEVELOPMENT <br />AGENCY AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 33339.5 of the California: Community Redevelopment Law <br />(Health and Safety Code Section 33000 et. seq.) provides that a redevelopment <br />commission ehall adopt and make available for public inspection rules to implement <br />. the operation of business re-entry preferences in connection with a redevelopment <br />planj and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 33345 of the Comm\.mity Redevelopment Law provides <br />that a redevelopment commission ehall adopt and make available for public <br />inspection rules to implement the operation of owner participation in connection <br />with a redevelopment plan. . <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE SANTA ANA COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT COMMIS- <br />SION DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. The "Rules Governing Participation and Preferences by <br />Property Ownere and Business Occupants in the Bristol Corridor Redevelopment <br />Project", attached as Exhibit A and by reference made a part hereof, are hereby <br />approved and adopted, <br /> <br />Section 2.
