<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />REL: 12/6/91 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9l-13 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVE- <br />LOPMENT COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SANTA <br />ANA RECEIVING THE STATEMENT REGARDING <br />THE PROPOSED MERGER AND AMENDMENT TO THE <br />REDEVELOPMENT PLANS FOR THE SOUTH MAIN <br />STREET AND INTERCITY COMMUTER STATION <br />REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREAS AND DIREC- <br />TING TRANSMITTAL TO CERTAIN PUBLIC <br />OFFICERS AND ENTITIES. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the community Redevelopment Commission of the <br />City of Santa Ana (the "Commission") has undertaken proceedings to <br />amend the redevelopment plans for the South Main Street and Inter- <br />city Commuter station redevelopment projects in the City of Santa <br />Ana ("the Redevelopment Plans") to merge the project areas of said <br />projects (the "Project Areas"), extend the eminent domain and <br />indebtedness time limits in the Redevelopment Plans, reanalyze the <br />financial limits in the Redevelopment Plans, and review the <br />projects still to be implemented in order to complete redevelopment <br />of the Project Areas; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Commission intends to consider adopting a <br />merger and amendment to the Redevelopment Plans and undertake <br />certain projects in the Project Areas, pursuant to part 1 of <br />Division 24 of the Health and Safety Code (commencing with section <br />33000); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a Statement Regarding Merger and Amendment to <br />the Redevelopment Plans has been prepared. <br /> <br />THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA DOES RESOLVE that the Executive Director is hereby <br />authorized and directed to distribute the Statement Regarding <br />Merger and Amendment of the Redevelopment Plans to all affected <br />
