<br />"8 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />-. <br /> <br />REL: 11/27/91 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 91-12 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDE- <br />VELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA <br />ANA RECEIVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAN FOR <br />THE EDUCATIONAL AND COMMUNITY FACILITIES <br />REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AND AUTHORIZING <br />THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO TAKE CERTAIN <br />ACTIONS WITH RESPECT TO THE SAID <br />PROPOSED PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning commission of the city of Santa Ana, by <br />its Resolution No. 91-4, adopted December 9, 1991, has selected a <br />project area and formulated a Preliminary Plan for the Educational <br />and community Facilities Redevelopment Project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT <br />AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. This Agency hereby receives the Preliminary Plan for the <br />Educational and Community Facilities Redevelopment Project. <br /> <br />2. This Agency authorizes the Executive Director to under- <br />take on behalf of this Agency those actions specified to be <br />undertaken by a redevelopment agency pursuant to Article 3 of <br />Chapter 4 of the Community Redevelopment (California Health and <br />Safety Code sections 33000 et seq.), including the following: <br /> <br />a. <br /> <br />Transmittal to the auditor, assessor, and tax collector <br />of the County of Orange, to the governing bodies of all <br />local governmental entities receiving any property tax <br />revenues from property located in the project area of the <br />proposed project ("other taxing entities"), and to the <br />State Board of Equalization, a description of the boun- <br />daries of the project area, a statement that a plan for <br />the redevelopment of that area is being prepared, a map <br />indicating the boundaries of the project area, a state- <br />ment of the last equalized assessment roll the Agency <br />proposes to use for the allocation of taxes, and such <br />other matters as the Executive Director determines to be <br />appropriate. <br /> <br />b. <br /> <br />Consultation with the other taxing entities. <br /> <br />c. <br /> <br />Payment of fees <br />Equalization. <br /> <br />required <br /> <br />State <br /> <br />Board <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />by <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />d. <br /> <br />Reimbursement of the County of Orange for its costs <br />incurred in the preparation of the report required by <br />section 33328 of the community Redevelopment Law. <br /> <br />1 <br />
