<br />I <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />REL:mb 1l/l2/91 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 91- 11 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT <br />COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA RECEIVING <br />THE STATEMENT REGARDING THE PROPOSED AMENDMENT <br />TO THE REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE SOUTH HARBOR <br />REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA AND DIRECTING <br />TRANSMITTAL TO CERTAIN PUBLIC OFFICERS AND <br />ENTITIES. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Community Redevelopment Commission of the <br />city of Santa Ana (the "Commission") proposes to undertake <br />proceedings to amend the Redevelopment Plan for the South Harbor <br />Project Area in the city of Santa Ana to extend the indebtedness <br />time limits, to reanalyze the financial limits in the Santa Ana <br />Redevelopment Plan, and to review the projects still to be <br />implemented in order to complete redevelopment of the project Area; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a Statement Regarding Amendment to the Community <br />Redevelopment Plan and environmental documents relating thereto <br />have been prepared. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMUNITY <br />REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1: <br /> <br />The above recitals are all true and correct. <br /> <br />SECTION 2: The Executive Director is hereby authorized and <br />directed to distribute the Statement Regarding Amendment to the <br />community Redevelopment Plan and environmental documents to all <br />affected taxing agencies and interested parties within the project <br />Area for their review and comment, and to transmit the <br />environmental documents to all other appropriate entities and to <br />make the environmental documents available for public review in <br />
