<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 91-06 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT <br />AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING THE <br />TREASURER TO REMIT FUNDS TO THE ORANGE COUNTY <br />TREASURY FOR THE PURPOSE OF INVESTMENT BY <br />THE AGENCY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, sections 53684 et seq of the Government Code of the <br />State of California allows local agencies to deposit excess funds <br />with the County Treasury for the purpose of investments; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said section 53684 of the Government Code provides <br />for the investment of money by the County Treasurer pursuant to <br />section 53601 or 53635 and prescribes various duties of the <br />County Treasurer; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Community Redevelopment Agency of the city of <br />Santa Ana authorizes the Treasurer to remit money to the Orange <br />County Treasurer for the purpose of investment. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMUNITY <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />the City <br />investment <br />the <br />deposit in <br /> <br />1. That the Community Redevelopment Agency of <br />of Santa Ana hereby authorizes the establishment of an <br />account by the Orange County Treasurer and consents to <br />remittance of money to the orange County Treasurer for <br />the Orange County Investment Pool; <br /> <br />2. That the title of said investment account and all <br />correspondence to the Community Redevelopment Agency of the city <br />of Santa Ana concerning the same shall be directed as follows: <br /> <br />Community Redevelopment Agency <br />of the city of Santa Ana <br />Attention: Treasurer M-13 <br />20 civic Center Plaza <br />Santa Ana, CA 92702 <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Community Redevelopment <br />Agency of the city of Santa Ana agrees to deposit or withdraw <br />money in the Orange County Treasury Investment Pool in accordance <br />with the provisions of section 53684 of the Government Code for <br />the purpose of investment as stated therein. <br />
