<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 91-02 OF THE COMMUNITY <br />REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA HONORING THE SERVICE OF <br />JOHN M. RAYA <br /> <br />WHEREAS, John M. Raya has displayed deep dedication to the economic <br />development and revitalization of the City of Santa Ana; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, John M. Raya has served on the Community Redevelopment <br />Commission since June 6, 1989; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, John M. Raya has been instrumental in the formulation and <br />implementation of a successful redevelopment strategy for the City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Redevelopment Commission <br />of the City of Santa Ana as follows: <br /> <br />The Community Redevelopment Commission honors the service and <br />accomplishments of John M.
