<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />REL: 5/26/92 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />92-8 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVE- <br />LOPMENT COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SANTA <br />ANA APPROVING THE REPORT TO THE SANTA <br />ANA CITY COUNCIL FOR THE AMENDMENT TO <br />THE SOUTH HARBOR BOULEVARD/FAIRVIEW <br />STREET REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA AND <br />TRANSMITTING IT TO THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Community Redevelopment Commission of the City of <br />Santa Ana, performing the functions of the Santa Ana Redevelopment <br />Agency pursuant to section 33202 of the Health and Safety Code, has <br />initiated proceedings to adopt an Amendment to the Redevelopment <br />Plan for the Santa Ana South Harbor Boulevard/Fairview Street <br />Redevelopment Project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Executive Director of the Agency, on behalf of <br />this Commission, has prepared a Report to the City Council in <br />accordance with section 33352 of the Health and Safety Code ("the <br />Report"); <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT <br />COMMISSION AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. This Commission hereby approves the Report as submitted <br />to it by the Executive Director, together with such minor <br />modifications therein as the Executive Director shall deem <br />appropriate. <br /> <br />2. This Commission further authorizes and instructs the <br />Executi ve Director to prepare a response to the report of the <br />Fiscal Review Committee in accordance with section 33353.7 of the <br />Health and Safety Code, to submit such response to the Chairman of <br />the Fiscal Review Committee not later than June 8, 1992, and to <br />include such response in the Report to the City Council. <br /> <br />3. The Commission hereby authorizes the Executive Committee <br />to transmit the Report to the city Council for its review in <br />conjunction with the proposed Amendment to the abovesaid <br />Redevelopment Plan. <br />
