BUS SHELTER PROPOSALS Following co~nents by Council members, <br />(CONTINUED) MOTION was made by Bricken, seconded <br /> by Garthe, that 14 locations be <br /> awarded to American Bus Shelter, <br />Inc., in accordance with its design and proposal, and that said award is <br />not to be considered a franchise.
