REL: 12/6/91 RESOLUTION NO. 92-1 A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVE- LOPMENT COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING, AS TO FORM, THE PRELI- MINARY REPORT AND AUTHORIZING TRANS- MITTAL OF THE PRELIMINARY REPORT AND THE DRAFT FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE SOUTH HARBOR REDEVELOPMENT PLAN TO ALL AFFECTED TAXING AGENCIES. WHEREAS, the Community Redevelopment Agency of the city of Santa Ana (the "Agency") and the Community Redevelopment Commission of the City of Santa Ana (the "Commission") have undertaken proceedings to amend the Redevelopment Plan for the South Harbor Redevelopment Project Area ("Project Area") in the City of Santa Ana to extend the indebtedness time limits, to modify the financial limits in the Redevelopment Pla~ and to review the projects still to be implemented in order to complete redevelopment of the project area; and WHEREAS, the Commission intends to consider adopting an amendment to the redevelopment plan for and undertake certain projects in the Project Area, pursuant to Part 1 of Division 24 of the Health and Safety Code (commencing with section 33000); and WHEREAS, the Commission has authorized the preparation of a Preliminary Report, a copy of which is on file with the Secretary of the Redevelopment Commission, prepared pursuant to section 33344.5 of the Health and Safety Code; and WHEREAS, a draft of the First Amendment to the Redeve- lopment Plan has been prepared. THE COMNMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: 1. The Preliminary Report conforms to the requirement of the California Community Redevelopment Law. 2. The Executive Director is hereby authorized and directed to distribute the Preliminary Report to each taxing agency and other affected agencies within the Project Area pursuant to the California Community Redevelopment Law. 3. The Executive Director is hereby authorized and directed to distribute the draft First Amendment to the RedeveloplL~t Plan. 1
