<br />I <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />---------1 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 93-~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT <br />AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING <br />THE EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF A JOINT <br />EXERCISE OF POWERS AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN <br />THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AND THE COMMUNITY <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Santa Ana (the "city") and the <br />Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana (the <br />"Agency") desire to create and establish, pursuant to the laws of <br />the State of California, the Santa Ana Financing Authority (the <br />"Authority"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this meeting a <br />proposed form of Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement, dated as of <br />August 1,1993 (the "Agreement"), by and between the City and the <br />Agency, which Agreement creates and establishes the Authority; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Community <br />Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana as follows: <br /> <br />section 1. The proposed form of Agreement, on file with <br />the Secretary of the Agency and incorporated into this Resolution <br />by reference, is hereby approved. The Chair is hereby authorized <br />and directed, for and in the name and on behalf of the Agency, to <br />execute and deliver, and the Secretary is hereby authorized to <br />attest, seal and deliver, the Agreement, in substantially said form <br />with such changes or additions thereto that may hereafter become <br />necessary in the interests of the Agency and which are reviewed and <br />approved by counsel to the Agency, any such additions or changes to <br />be conclusively evidenced by the execution and delivery of the <br />Agreement. <br /> <br />LAI-45524.1 <br /> <br />5-5-WWB-<1111.6193 <br />
