The Agency shall not apply any section or part thereof of <br />the Amended Redevelopment Plan for the city of Santa Ana Redevelop- <br />ment Project adopted by Ordinance No. NS-1173 on July 2, 1973 and <br />amended by Ordinance No. NS-1258 on June 2, 1975, and on file with <br />the Clerk of the Council of the city of Santa Ana, to the site so <br />long as the site is owned by the united States. <br /> <br />4. The Agency will not attempt to assess the site or include <br />the site in any municipal improvement, utility or maintenance <br />district(s) so long as the site is owned by the united states. <br /> <br />5. The approval of the Agreement by the Agency, as hereinabove <br />set forth, is conditional upon the approval of the conveyance of <br />the site upon the terms and conditions contained in the Agreement <br />by the city council of the City of Santa Ana. <br /> <br />6.
