<br />. <br /> <br />REL' 10/5/94 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 94- 7 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOP- <br />MENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />APPROVING THE SALE OF PROPERTY LOCATED <br />AT 2040 AND 2043 NORTH BROADWAY TO DR. <br />WILLIAM BUSTER, M.D., INC. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Community Redevelopment Agency proposes to <br />acquire parcels of real property located at 2040 and 2043 North <br />Broadway from the County of Orange and to convey the same to Dr. <br />William Buster, M.D., Inc.; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the entire purchase price of $750,000 to be paid to <br />the County for the said real property shall be provided by Dr. <br />William Buster, M.D., Inc; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT <br />AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA that the sale of the property <br />located at 2040 and 2043 by the Agency to Dr. William Buster, M.D. <br />is hereby approved on the condition that no Agency funds are used <br />for the Agency's acquisition of said property from the County. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ADOPTED this <br />following vote: <br /> <br />17th <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />October <br /> <br />, 1994, by the <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />Members <br /> <br />LUTZ, MCGUIGAN, MILLS, MORENO, PULIDO, <br />RICHARDSON, YOUNG <br /> <br />NOES: <br /> <br />Members <br /> <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />Members <br /> <br />ABSTENTIONS: <br /> <br />Members <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />cyÇl1~~ 2~1Â- <br /> <br />Executive Director <br /> <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />~j~~ ¿~ <br /> <br />f Edward J. oopèr <br />.
