<br />. <br /> <br />REL,'0/5/94 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 94- 6 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOP- <br />MENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />APPROVING THE LEASE OF PROPERTY LOCATED <br />AT 801C NORTH BROADWAY TO TALLER SAN <br />JOSE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Community Redevelopment Agency proposes to <br />acquire a parcel of real property located at 801C North Broadway <br />from the County of Orange and to lease the same to Taller San Jose; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the entire purchase price of $120,000 to be paid in <br />installments to the County for the said real property shall be <br />provided by the lease payments made by Taller San Jose; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT <br />AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA that the sale of the property <br />located at 801C by the Agency to Taller San Jose is hereby approved <br />on the condition that no Agency funds are used for the Agency's <br />acquisition of said property from the county. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ADOPTED this <br />following vote: <br /> <br />17th <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />October <br /> <br />, 1994, by the <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />Members LUTZ, MCGUIGAN, MILLS, MORENO, PULIDO, <br />RICHARDSON, YOUNG <br /> <br />NOES: <br /> <br />Members <br /> <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />Members <br /> <br />ABSTENTIONS: <br /> <br />Members <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~~2J ~Î"- <br />Cy thia J.
