<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />AEl: 416195 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95-3 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOP- <br />MENT COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />SETTING THE DATE AND TIME OF A JOINT <br />PUBLIC HEARING WITH RESPECT TO THE <br />AMENDMENT TO THE REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR <br />THE SOUTH MAIN STREET REDEVELOPMENT <br />PROJECT AREA AND THE ENVIRONMENTAL IM- <br />PACT REPORT PREPARED IN CONNECTION <br />THEREWITH <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Community Redevelopment Commission of the city <br />of Santa Ana has initiated proceedings to amend the South Main <br />Street Redevelopment Plan in order to extend the time limits to <br />incur debt, to increase the financial limitations of the existing <br />Plan, to extend the period for commencement of eminent domain <br />proceedings, and to include additional public improvement projects; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT <br />COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. This Commission hereby sets as the time and place for a <br />joint public hearing with the City Council on the proposed <br />amendment to the Redevelopment Plan for the South Main Street <br />Redevelopment Project Area and the environmental impact report <br />prepared in connection therewith, the following: <br /> <br />DATE: <br />TIME: <br />PLACE: <br /> <br />Tuesday, June 20, 1995 <br />5:30 p.m. <br />Santa Ana city Hall <br />Council Chambers <br />20 civic Center Plaza <br />Santa Ana, California <br /> <br />2.
