MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />March 5, 1979 <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order at 2:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, <br />22 Civic Center Plaza, by the Deputy Clerk of the Council, ~rtha E. <br />Lee, in the absence of the Mayor and Vice Mayor. There was no response <br />to the roll call of the Council, and the Deputy Clerk of the Council <br />declared the meeting adjourned for lack of a quorum to March 12, 1979, <br />at 2:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers. <br /> <br />Diedre D.
