<br />abatement of public nuisance procedure or development of a property main-
<br />tenance ordinance for multiple dwelling units in order to stem the con-
<br />tinued decline in the Minnie-Standard apartments area, and to implement a
<br />task force approach to the problems by various City Departments), and to
<br />refer Mr. Reddick's request to staff.
