<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Agency has used Housing Funds to purchase <br />certain real property located at 1106 N. Spurgeon (the <br />uProperty"), which is located outside the Redevelopment Project <br />area; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Agency proposes to sell the Property to Paul <br />Giles and Louise Pass; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Agency has duly considered all of the terms and <br />conditions of the proposed sale, and believes that the proposed <br />sale is in the best interests of the city and the health, safety, <br />morals and welfare of its residents, and in accord with the <br />public purposes and provisions of applicable state and local laws <br />and requirements; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Agency has held a public hearing on the <br />proposed Project and the Agreement as required for a small <br />housing project by Section 33433(c) of the Community <br />Redevelopment Law, after having duly provided notice of such <br />public hearing in accordance with state law, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Community <br />Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana as follows: <br /> <br />1. The Agency recognizes that it has received and heard all <br />oral and written objections to the proposed sale, and to <br />other matters pertaining to this transactions, and that <br />all such oral and written objections are hereby <br />overruled. <br /> <br />2. The Agency hereby finds and determines that the Recitals <br />set forth above are true and correct. <br /> <br />3. The Agency hereby finds and determines that the sale of <br />the Property will provide housing for low- or moderate- <br />income persons. <br /> <br />4. The Agency hereby approves the sale of the Property. <br /> <br />5, The Executive Director of the Agency or designee is <br />hereby authorized, on behalf of the Agency, to execute <br />such documents that are to be signed by the Agency in <br />connection with the sale, and to make such changes of a <br />non-substantive nature to such documents as the <br />Executive Director or designee shall deem appropriate. <br />A copy of any such documents, when executed, shall be <br />placed on file in the office of the Secretary of the <br />Agency. <br />
