<br />Resolution No. 1999-14 <br />Page 2 of2 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there is no evidence before the Agency that aggregating new or substantially <br />rehabilitated dwelling units in one or more project areas will cause of exacerbate racial, ethnic or <br />economic segregation; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFOlΠBE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT <br />AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA that the Agency hereby finds and detennines, based <br />on substantial evidence including but not limited to the fmdings stated above, which are <br />incorporated herein by this reference, that the aggregation of new or substantially rehabilitated <br />dwelling units in one or more project areas of the City of Santa Ana will not cause or exacerbate <br />racial, ethnic or economic segregation. <br /> <br />ADOPTED this @day of December <br /> <br />,1999. <br /> <br />2 -~ <br />~ <br />Cynthia J.
