<br />. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br />SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />December 10,1973 <br /> <br />The Regular Meeting of the Community Redevelopment Agency was <br />called to order at 2:10 P.M., by Chairman Jerry M. Patterson, in <br />the City Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza. Malone, Recording <br />Representatives of the Press <br /> <br />Director-Secretary <br /> <br />Secretary <br /> <br />MINUTES The Minutes of the Regular <br />Meeting of November 5,1973, <br />were approved on motion of <br />Commissioner Griset, seconded by Commissioner Ward. <br /> <br />PROGRESS REPORT ON <br />AGENCY ACTIVITIES <br /> <br />Mr. Andrusky's report dated <br />December 5, 1973, covering <br />three main areas of interest <br />to the Agency: Recruitment of Executive Director; Request for Proposals; <br />and Redevelopment Commission; was received and filed on the unanimously <br />appproved motion of Commissioner Griset, seconded by Commissioner <br />Yamamoto. Prior to the vote on the motion, the Commissioners discussed <br />the Alternate Corridor Transportation Study being conducted by the Orange <br />County Transit District. The consensus was that the City's recommen- <br />dation to the Transit District should include the completion of Route <br />57 and Santa Ana as a major corridor for any mass transportation plan. <br /> <br />Councilman Garthe expressed his opposition to the proposed location <br />for the bus terminal, between Fifth and Sixth Streets from Sycamore <br />to Broadway.
