M., by Chairman <br />Jerry M. Patterson. Evidence of proper notice of the meeting having <br />been given was on file with the Recording Secretary. Roll call was <br />answered as follows: <br /> <br />Present <br />John Garthe, Commissioner <br />Harry K. Yamamoto, Commissioner <br />Vernon S. Evans, Commissioner <br />James E.' Ward, Commissioner <br />Jerry M. Patterson, Chà.irman <br /> <br />Absent <br />J. Ogden Markel, Commissioner <br />Lorin Griset, Commissioner <br /> <br />The Redevelopment Plan and <br />the Report on the Redevelopment <br />Plan from the Community <br />Redevelopment Commission, <br />dated May IS, and May 16, respectively, were received and referred to the <br />City Council on the unanimously approved motion of Commissioner Ward, <br />seconded by Commissioner Yamamoto. <br /> <br />REDEVELOPMENT PLAN AND <br />REPORT ON THE REDEVELOPMENT <br />PLAN <br /> <br />A joint public hearing by the <br />Community Redevelopment <br />Agency, the Community <br />Redevelopment Commission <br />and the City Council to consider the adoption of the Redevelopment Plan <br />was set for Monday, June 25, 1973, at 7: 30 P. M., in the City Council <br />Chambers, on the unanimously approved motion of Commissioner Ward, <br />seconded by Commissioner Yamamoto. The motion further directed the <br />Staff to refer all the deleted projects back to the Community Redevelopment <br />Commission for public review prior to the public hearing; to furnish <br />interested persons copies of the projects; and to accept recommendations <br />for revisions or suggestions for final determination at the public hearing. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br />REDEVELOPMENT <br />PLAN <br /> <br />.1- <br />
