<br />the following emergency
<br />ordinance:

<br />ORDINANCE NO. NS-1484 - An ordinance of the City of Santa Ana
<br />extending Ordinance No. NS-1447 as extended by Ordinance No.
<br />NS-1469 for an additional four months and prohibiting issuance
<br />of building permits, variances, conditional use permits or
<br />minor exceptions in the area generally bounded by the Santa
<br />Ana Freeway on the north, Lincoln on the east, Santa Ana Boule-
<br />vard on the south and Santiago Avenue on the west except under
<br />specified conditions for such interim period pending amendment
<br />o~ the General Plan and the Municipal Code; and stating the
<br />reasons for its urgency.
