<br />r . <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT 'AGENCY <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />March 12,1973 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />The Special Organizational Meeting of the Community Redevelopment <br />Agency was called to order at 2:20 P.M., by the Acting Chair- <br />man, Lorin Griset, in the City Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center <br />Plaza. An affidavit of mailing to all members of the Agency <br />and the news media, together with an affidavit of posting <br />notice of the meeting, was on file with the Secretary. Roll <br />Call was answered as follows: <br /> <br />Present <br />Ray V~lla, Commissioner <br />Vern Evans, Commissioner <br />Lorin Griset, Commissioner <br />Harry Yamamoto, Commissioner <br />Jerry Patterson, Commissioner <br />Wade Herrin, Commissioner <br />The Chairman reported that a quorum was present and the <br />meeting was recessed to consider a personnel matter relating <br />to Agency participation inasmuch as Commissioner Markel had <br />announced that he would not serve as an agency member or <br />participate in any meetings. <br /> <br />Absent <br />~en Marke., Commissioner <br /> <br />At 2:*5 P.M., the meeting was reconvened and immediately <br />recessed to reconvene the Council Meeting. The Community <br />Redevelopment Agency Meeting was again reconvened at 3:35 P.M. <br /> <br />SANTIAGO REPUBLICAN <br />ASSEMBLY <br /> <br />Acting Chairman Griset <br />recognized Mr. Joseph <br />Gilmaker, 308 W. Fourth <br />Street, who ,requested to be heard prior to the consideration <br />of the next Agenda item. Mr. Gilmaker read aloud a letter <br />dated February 21,1973, transmitting a resolution of the <br />Santiago Republican Assembly.
