<br />. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />September 3,1974 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />The Regular Meeting was called to order at 2:02 P.M., in the <br /> <br />Council Chambers of the City Hall, 22 Civic Center Plaza, <br /> <br />by the Assistant Recording Secretary in the absence of the <br /> <br />Chairman, Vice Chairman, and Recording Secretary. <br />There was no response to the roll call of the Agency, and the <br /> <br />Assistant Recording Secretary declared the meeting adjourned <br />in the absence of all Commissioners to Wednesday, September 11, <br /> <br />1974, at 4:00 P.
