Roll call <br />was answered by the Commissioners as follows: <br /> <br />Present <br /> <br />Absent <br /> <br />J. Ogden Markel <br />John Garthe <br />Lorin Griset <br />Jerry M. Patterson, Chairman <br /> <br />The following persons were also present: <br /> <br />Vernon S. Evans <br />Harry K. Yamamoto <br />James E. Ward <br /> <br />Richard E. Goblirsch, Executive Director-Secretary <br />James A. Withers, City Attorney <br />Thomas J. Andrusky, Assistant City Manager <br />Florence I. Malone, Recording Secretary <br />Representatives of the Press <br /> <br />At 2:06 P.M., Vice Chairman Evans recessed the meeting for lack <br />of a quorum to 4:00 P.M., on motion of Commissioner Yamamoto, <br />seconded by Commissioner Ward and carried unanimously (3-0). <br /> <br />Chairman Jerry M. Patterson, and Commissioners Harry K. Yamamoto, <br />James E. Ward, and Lorin Griset arrived at 2:07 P.M. <br /> <br />At 4:05 P.M., the meeting was reconvened by Chairman Jerry M. <br />Patterson with the following Commissioners present: Commissioner <br />Griset, Commissioner Ward, Commissioner YamaIIloto and Chairman <br />Jerry M. Patterson. <br /> <br />The Minutes of the Regular <br />Meeting of July 1; Special <br />Meeting, July 9; Adjourned <br />Regular Meeting of July 9; Adjourned Regular Meeting of July 13; <br />Adjourned Regular Meeting July 15; Special Meeting of July 19; <br />Adjourned Regular Meeting of July 22, 1974, were approved as sub- <br />mitted on motion of Commissioner Ward, seconded by Commissioner <br />Griset, and unanimously carried. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />The Redevelopment Agency <br />authorized the Executive <br />Director to negotiate a <br />contract with Douglas Myers Associates for the purpose of pro- <br />viding real estate consulting services at an hourly rate of $35.00 <br />per hour not to exceed a total figure of' ~8,OOO on the unanimously <br />approved IIIOtion of Commiss tortE!'!"
