<br />JOIN7 WELL FIELD PROJECT Councilman Bricken emphasized a need
<br />PILOT WELL AGRE~V~NT for caution and the greatest reserva-
<br />APPROVED tions in proceeding with the joint
<br /> well field proposal. In response to
<br />Mayor Ward's question, the Director of Public Works assured Council that the
<br />agreement is for instituting the pilot well, and should that prove productive
<br />and feasible that staff will consider a recommendation to continue into the well
<br />field, and that any further participation by the City would require Council
<br />approval.

<br />the City and various agencies for conjunctive groundwater storage production test,
<br />and to authorize its execution by Mayor and Clerk.
