<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br />SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />¡¡'ebruary 4, 1974 <br /> <br />The Regular Meeting of the Community Redevelopment Agency was called <br />to order at 2:15 P.M., by Chairman Jerry M. Patterson, in the City <br />Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza. Roll call was answered by <br />the Commissioners as follows: <br /> <br />Present <br /> <br />Absent <br /> <br />John Garthe <br />Harry K. Yamamoto <br />Vernon S. Evans <br />James E. Ward <br />Jerry M. Patterson, <br /> <br />J. Ogden Markel <br /> <br />Chairman <br /> <br />Commissioner Griset arrived at 2:18 P.M. <br /> <br />The following persons were also present: <br /> <br />Richard E. Goblirsch, Executive Director-Secretary <br />James A. Withers, Agency Counsel <br />Bruce C. Spragg, City Manager <br />Florence 1. Malone. Recording Secretary <br />Representatives of the Press <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />The Minutes of the Regular <br />Meeting of January 7, 1974, <br />submitted on motion of Commissioner Ward, seconded <br />Evans, and carried (5:0). <br /> <br />were approved as <br />by Commis sioner <br /> <br />The Executive Director- <br />Secretary submitted the <br />material developed and <br />approved by the Community Redevelopment Commission for "Requests <br />for Proposals for Economic Analysis and Planning Studies of the Project <br />Area" for the Agency's information. The material was received and <br />filed on motion of Commissioner Yamamoto, seconded by Commis sioner <br />Ward and carried on a 5:1 vote with Commissioner Evans dissenting. <br /> <br />REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL- <br />ECONOMIC ANALYSIS <br /> <br />The Agency approved the <br />Community Redevelopment <br />Commission recommendation <br />and authorized an expenditure in the amount of $30,000 (or less) for a <br />Feasibility Study for development of a Transportation Terminal within the <br />Redevelopment Project Area in cooperation with the Orange County Transit <br />District on motion of Commissioner Griset, seconded by Commissioner <br />Garthe and carried on a 5:1 vote, with Commissioner Evans dissenting. <br />The total estimated cost of the feasibility study is $60,000. <br /> <br />TRANSPORTATION <br />TERMINAL <br />
