<br />between City and Orange County Manpower Con~nission for $660,640 CETA Title
<br />IV funds to serve approximately 800 Santa Arm youth with Summer Youth
<br />Employment Program; and to approve and authorize Mayor and Clerk to exe-
<br />cute sub-contracts as follows:

<br />CETA Title IV, between City and Roofers Union Local #220 to
<br />provide training and instruction for 20 City youths, in the
<br />amount of $25,000;
<br />
<br />CETA Title IV, between City and Orange County District Council
<br />of Carpenters to provide supportive counseling services for 15
<br />Santa Ana youths, in the amount of $5,000;
<br />

<br />CETA Title IV, between City and Santa Aha Unified School Dis-

<br />Regional Occupations Program, in the amount of $14,000;
