<br />I <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />A second motion was made by Mr. Yamamoto, seconded by Mr. Evans <br />and carried unanimously to grant Willowbrook Properties an addi- <br />tional three months to the exclusive right to negotiate previously <br />awarded for three months. <br /> <br />REAL ESTATE APPRAISER <br /> <br />The motion was made by Mr. Evans, seconded by Mr. Brandt and <br />carried unanimously to authorize the Executive Director to pre- <br />pare a contract with Real Estate Appraiser, Clifton M. Webb, <br />M.A.I. for Agency approval. <br /> <br />1975-76 ASSESSED VALUES <br /> <br />The Executive Director reported that the tax increment revenue <br />was estimated at $470,000 for 1975 fiscal year. A motion was <br />made by Mr. Evans, seconded by Mr. Brandt and carried unanimously <br />to receive and file the report by the Redevelopment Agency. <br /> <br />TRAFFIC AND PARKING CONSULTANT <br /> <br />The Executive Director reported to the Agency that the Commission <br />held oral interviews with JHK Associates and PBQ&D Associates, <br />and Barton-Aschman Associates. The Commission's recommendation <br />was to hire JHK Associates and PBQ&D Associates as the Traffic <br />and Parking Consultants. It was moved that the Commission's rec- <br />ommendation be approved by Mr. Brandt, seconded by Mr. Ortiz. <br />Mr. Ward abstained. The motion was carried. <br /> <br />FINANCIAL CONSULTANT <br /> <br />A motion was made by Mr. Ward, seconded by Mr. Evans and carried <br />unanimously to authorize the Executive Director to prepare a <br />contract with John Gray Associates for Agency approval at its <br />next meeting. <br /> <br />FISCAL MATTERS - JOINT MEETING <br /> <br />There was a joint session on fiscal matters with the Redevelop- <br />ment Agency and the Redevelopment Commission. Upon the recommen- <br />dation of Mr. Evans, seconded by Mr. Brandt, it was moved that <br />Community Development funds be loaned to the Agency without inter- <br />est: the motion failed on a split vote. The motion was made by <br />Mr. Ward, seconded by Mr. Yamamoto and carried unanimously to <br />table the matter until the Financial Consultant can review and <br />make recommendations. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />There being no further business before the Agency, the meeting <br />was adjourned at 6:50 P.M. <br /> <br />r¿~ <br /> <br />Richard E.
