<br />I <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING <br />COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS <br />September 15, 1975 <br /> <br />The Adjourned Regular Meeting of the Community Redevelopment <br />Agency was called to order by Chairman Garthe at 3:08 P.M., <br />September 15,1975, in the City Council Chambers, 22 Civic <br />Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California. After the pledge to the <br />flag, the roll was called: <br /> <br />PRESENT <br /> <br />ABSENT <br /> <br />John Garthe <br />Vernon S. Evans <br />Harry K. Yamamoto <br />James E. Ward <br />Gordon Bricken <br />David Brandt <br />David Ortiz <br /> <br />The following persons were also present: <br /> <br />Richard E. Goblirsch, Executive Director <br />Susan F. Shick, Assistant to Executive Director <br />Stacey Creveston, Secretary <br />Bruce Spragg, City Manager <br />Keith Gow, City Attorney <br />Dave Powell, Wilshire Development Corporation <br />Bob Johnston, Wilshire Development Corporation <br />Woon Kim, Willowbrook, Inc. <br />George Robertson, Willowbrook, Inc. <br />John Dykstra, Fore Strong Development <br />Ted Boone, Fore Strong Development <br /> <br />FORE STRONG DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION <br /> <br />Mr. Dykstra and Mr. Boone presented their proposal to develop <br />an office building on the parcel bounded by Santa Ana Boule- <br />vard, Fifth Street and Birch Street. The office building would <br />be approximately 60,000 square feet of which 45,000 square feet <br />would be used for governmental purposes. A motion was made by <br />Mr. Ward, seconded by Mr. Evans and carried unanimously to grant <br />Fore Strong Development Corporation a six month exclusive right <br />to negotiate. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Upon the motion of Mr. Ward, seconded by Mr. Bricken and carried <br />unanimously, the meeting was adjourned at 3:25 P.M. to September <br />23, 1975 at 5:00 P.M. in the 8th Floor Conference Room. <br /> <br /> <br />R~~ <br /> <br />Executive Director <br /> <br />John Garthe, Chairman <br />
