<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />SPECIAL MEETING <br />COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />September 2,1975 <br /> <br />AGENCY <br /> <br />The Special Meeting of the Community Redevelopment Agency was <br />called to order by Chairman Garthe at 2:30 P.M. in the Council <br />Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California. After <br />the pledge of allegiance, the roll was called: <br /> <br />PRESENT <br /> <br />ABSENT <br /> <br />Vernon S. Evans <br />John Garthe <br />Gordon Bricken <br />David Brandt <br />David Ortiz <br />James E. Ward <br />Harry K. Yamamoto <br /> <br />The following persons were also present: <br /> <br />Richard E. Goblirsch, Executive Director <br />Stacey Creveston, Secretary <br /> <br />RELOCATION CLAIMS <br /> <br />The following claims for rental differential payments for residents <br />being relocated as a result of the assemblage of the Senior Citizens <br />Housing Site are: <br /> <br />Parcel 008-161-06 <br />Parcel 008-161-05 <br /> <br />Eric Ortleb <br />Don Harkins <br /> <br />$3400 <br />$3600 <br /> <br />Upon the motion of Mr. Ward, seconded by Mr. Evans and carried <br />unanimously, the relocation claims were approved. <br /> <br />DEMOLITION BID <br /> <br />Upon the motion of Mr. Evans, seconded by Mr. Ward and carried <br />unanimously, the demolition bid for the Senior Citizens Housing <br />project was awarded to E & G Contractors, Inc. on lump sum bid <br />of $6,050 on basis of lowest responsible and best bidder. <br /> <br />BIENNIAL PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />The Public Hearing was opened by Chairman Garthe and the Executive <br />Director reported on activities. The Chairman requested comments <br />from the public. Being none, the Public Hearing was closed. Upon <br />the motion of Mr. Ward, seconded by Mr. Bricken and carried unani- <br />mously by roll call vote, the report on activities for the biennial <br />hearing was accepted. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />There being no further business, the Community Redevelopment Agency <br />meeting was adjourned at 2:55 P.M. upon the motion of Mr. Evans, <br />seconded by Mr. Brandt and carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> <br />John Garthe, Chairman <br />
