<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />L__- <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING <br />COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br />SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br />December 6,1976 <br /> <br />The Adjourned Regular Meeting of the Community Redevelopment <br />Agency was called to order by Chairman John Garthe at 2:00 P.M. <br />in the City Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana. <br />After the pledge to the Flag, roll was called: <br /> <br />PRESENT <br /> <br />ABSENT <br /> <br />John Garthe <br />Gordon Bricken <br />Vernon Evans <br />James Ward <br />David Ortiz <br />David Brandt <br />Harry Yamamoto <br /> <br />Others in attendance: <br /> <br />Richard E. Goblirsch, Executive Director <br />Susan Shick, Assistant to Executive Director <br />Bruce Spragg, City Manager <br />Ron Wolford, Assistant to City Manager <br />Keith Gow, City Attorney <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING - SALE OF LAND AND PRIVATE REDEVELOPMENT <br /> <br />Upon the recommendation of staff, a motion was made by Mr. Evans, <br />seconded by Mr. Ortiz and carried unanimously to continue the <br />public hearing to December 28,1976 at 5:00 P.M. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 76-34 <br /> <br />A motion was made by Mr. Ward, seconded by Mr. Garthe and carried <br />unanimously to adopt Resolution 76-34, A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING AN AMENDMENT <br />BY AND BETWEEN COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, HOUSING AUTHORITY AND <br />NATIONAL HOUSING CONSULTANTS, INC., THAT AUTHORIZES THE REDEVELOPER <br />TO FORM A LIMITED PARTNERSHIP FOR THE PURCHASE, DEVELOPMENT, AND <br />OPERATION OF THE SANTA ANA TOWERS PROJECT, subject to the Agency's <br />receipt and acceptance of verification of the personal financial <br />responsibility of the principals of the limited partnership. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />There being no further business before the Community Redevelopment <br />Agency, the meeting was adjourned at 2:20 P.M. upon the motion of <br />Mr. Ward, seconded by Mr. Garthe. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />Richard E.
