<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 76-25 <br /> <br />A motion was made by Mr. Ward, seconded by Mr. Yamamoto and carried <br />unanimously by a roll call vote to adopt Resolution 76-25, A RESOLU- <br />TION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />RECEIVING THE DRAFT ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT FOR THE PROPOSED <br />DEVELOPMENT OF PROPERTY LOCATED BETWEEN FIRST, FLOWER, THIRD AND <br />ROSS STREETS FOR LOW AND MODERATE INCOME APARTMENT HOUSING, AND <br />DIRECTING FILING OF THE NOTICE OF COMPLETION THEREON. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 76-26 <br /> <br />A motion was made by Mr. Ward, seconded by Mr. Evans and carried <br />unanimously by a roll call vote to adopt Resolution 76-26, A <br />RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA GRANTING A VARIANCE FROM THE REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE <br />DEVELOPMENT OF LOW AND MODERATE INCOME APARTMENT HOUSING IN THE <br />AREA BOUNDED BY FIRST, FLOWER, THIRD AND ROSS STREETS. <br /> <br />ANTENNA ON SINGER BUILDING <br /> <br />A motion was made by Mr. Ward, seconded by Mr. Bricken and carried <br />unanimously to authorize the Executive Director to sell the antenna <br />on the Singer Building to the highest bidder for $75. <br /> <br />PROPOSAL FOR ARCHITECTURE, PLANNING AND ENGINEERING CONSULTATION <br />SERVICES <br /> <br />A motion was made by Mr. Ward, seconded by Mr. Brandt and carried <br />unanimously to authorize the Executive Director to use services <br />provided by Grillias, Pirc, Rosier and Alves for architecture, <br />planning and engineering consultation services for the senior <br />citizen site between First and Third, Ross and Van Ness. <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> <br />The Executive Director reported to the Agency that an Executive <br />Session was no longer necessary. <br /> <br />CALTRANS MEETING IN PASADENA <br /> <br />Mr. David Brandt reported to the Agency that he had attended a <br />California Highway Commission meeting on Friday, September 24, <br />1976, and that Santa Ana had been mentioned in a report of the <br />Highway Commission's, but CALTRANS had committed nothing defi- <br />nite. <br /> <br />STATUS REPORT <br /> <br />A motion was made by Mr. Brandt, seconded by Mr. Ward and carried <br />unanimously to receive and file the Status Report. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />There being no further business before the Agency, the meeting <br />was adjourned at 6:01 P.M. upon the motion of Mr. Brandt, seconded <br />by Mr. Ward and carried unanimously. <br /> <br />y ~~d~ ~~iirsch <br /> <br />Executive Director <br /> <br />John Garthe, Chairman <br />
