Goblirsch, Executive Director <br />Susan Shick, Assistant to Executive Director <br />Stacey Creveston, Secretary <br />Thomas Hammill, Real Estate Agent <br />Bruce Spragg, City Manager <br />Tom Andrusky, Deputy City Manager <br />Keith Gow, City Attorney <br />Chuck Liberto, Assistant City Attorney <br />John Stevens, Director of Public Works <br />John Dykstra, Fore Strong Development <br />Bob Johnston, Wilshire Center Development <br />David Paul, Wilshire Center Development <br />Henry Stotsenberg, Second Street Revival <br />Billy Hall, City Center Association <br />Joe Gilmaker, Property Rights Association of Santa Ana <br />Claude Pomeroy, Pomeroy Associates <br />Sue Connor, S&A Properties <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />A motion was made by Mr. Evans, seconded by Mr. Ward and <br />carried unanimously to approve the Minutes of the Special <br />Meeting held on February 24,1976 and the Regular Meeting <br />held on February 11,1976. <br /> <br />EXTENSIONS - EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS TO NEGOTIATE <br /> <br />A motion was made by Mr. Evans and seconded by Mr. Ward to approve <br />the extension for the six month exclusive right to negotiate for <br />the Forestrong Development Corporation and David M. Paul, Inc., <br />and to also approve an extension of 30 days exclusive right to <br />negotiate for Willowbrook Development, Inc.
