<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />The motion was made by Mr. Bricken, seconded by Mr. Ortiz and carried to <br />award the contracts as recommended by staff and approval of construction <br />of water line by force account Mr. Yamamoto did not support the bid because <br />he felt that the contract work should be given to a local contractor. <br /> <br />SENIOR CITIZENS SITE <br /> <br />The Executive Director reported that the City Attorney's office has been <br />working on the utility relocation probelm as to the Agency's legal obliga- <br />tion to pay for relocation of utility lines. <br /> <br />FASHION SQUARE <br /> <br />The Agency expressed their concern regarding the amount of time that has <br />passed with no word or action from Draper & Kramer as to the Fashion Square <br />Shopping Center. The Agency unanimously agreed that the Agency's legal counsel, <br />Gene Jacobs should come to the next Agency meeting and discuss his views <br />of the Draper & Kramer situation. <br /> <br />WILLOWBROOK <br /> <br />A motion was made by Mr. Bricken, seconded by Mr. Evans and carried to notify <br />HUD that the 200 units should be allocated to Willowbrook Development.
