Goblirsch, Executive Director <br />Susan Shick, Assistant to Executive Director <br />Tom Hammill, Real Estate Agent <br />Stacey Creveston, Secretary <br />Bruce Spragg, City Manager <br />Ron Wolford, Assistant City Manager <br />Keith Gow, City Attorney <br />Representatives of the Redevelopment Commission, Project <br />Area Committee, Civic Center Commission and Planning <br />Commission <br />Robert Stern, Goldrich & Kest <br />Ed Ruzak, JHK Associates <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />The Minutes of the Regular Meeting held on December 28,1976 <br />were approved as read upon the motion of Mr. Ward, seconded by <br />Mr. Brandt and carried unanimously. <br /> <br />RELOCATION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM <br /> <br />A motion was made by Mr. Ward, seconded by Mr. Bricken and <br />carried unanimously to authorize the Executive Director to make <br />rental assistance payments to tenants residing as following: <br /> <br />104 N. Ross Street <br />206 N. Ross Street <br />2l2~ N. Ross Street <br />206 W. Third Street <br /> <br />$3,850.17 <br />$2,521.44 <br />$2,628.33 <br />$2,688.00 <br /> <br />GOLDRICH & KEST ASSOCIATES <br /> <br />Mr. Robert Stern of Goldrich & Kest Associates, Agency housing <br />developer, expressed his concern to the Agency over advancing <br />funds for the 14 acre housing site to the Agency without receiving <br />interest for these funds. A motion was made by Mr. Ward and <br />seconded by Mr. Ortiz to adopt the commission's recommendation, <br />alternative number two as stated in the letter from Goldrich & <br />Kest Associates dated November 4,1976.
