<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />hearing on December 17, 1979, which is required prior to entering <br />into a Disposition Development Agreement to convey land to a <br />developer; approve preliminary site plans. <br /> <br />DISPOSITION DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH SANTA ANA CITY EMPLOYEES <br />CREDIT UNION; APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY SITE PLANS <br /> <br />A motion was made by Mr. Bricken, seconded by Mr. Griset and <br />carried (Mr. Markel voted NO) to authorize staff to notice a public <br />hearing on December 17, 1979, which is required prior to entering <br />into a Disposition Development Agreement to convey land to a <br />developer; approve preliminary site plans. <br /> <br />QUARTERLY ACTIVITY REPORT (JULY - SEPTEMBER, 1979) <br /> <br />After a brief discussion regarding the project reports, a motion <br />was made by Mr. Bricken, seconded by Mr. Griset and carried <br />unanimously to receive and file the Quarterly Activity Report <br />covering July through September, 1979. <br /> <br />AGENCY AUDIT AND "REPORT TO MANAGEMENT" FOR FY 78-79 <br /> <br />A motion was made by Mr. Bricken, seconded by Mr. Griset and <br />carried unanimously to receive and file the Agency audit and <br />"Report to Management" for FY 78-79. <br /> <br />Mr. Luxembourger asked why a Compliance Audit had not been done. <br />The Executive Director reported that the Compliance Audit is a <br />requirement of the State of California, but at this time, the State <br />has not told agencies exactly what should be in the audit, and has <br />given agencies a waiver until the State makes a determination. <br /> <br />The Executive Director further reported that the San Francisco <br />Redevelopment Agency and the Los Angeles Redevelopment Agency have <br />given estimates of compiling the information for this audit to be <br />in excess of one-quarter of a million dollars. <br /> <br />RESPONSE <br />TERMINAL <br /> <br />FROM <br /> <br />O.C.T.D. REGARDING SANTA ANA TRANSPORTATION <br /> <br />LETTER <br /> <br />A motion was made by Mr. Bricken, seconded by Mr. Luxembourger and <br />carried unanimously to receive and file the response letter from <br />O.C.T.D. regarding the Santa Ana Transportation Terminal. <br /> <br />RELOCATION PAYMENT <br /> <br />A motion was made by Mr. Bricken, seconded by Mr. Luxembourger and <br />carried unanimously to authorize the Executive Director to issue a <br />relocation business payment as follows: <br /> <br />MULTI MODAL TRANSPORTATION TERMINAL <br /> <br />PROJECT *7077 <br />$18,500 <br /> <br />413 West Fifth Street <br />Santa Ana Motor Parts <br /> <br />Mr. Luxembourger requested that, in the future, staff provide the <br />Agency members with more detailed information regarding the amounts <br />offered, settlement difference, etc. on all relocation payment <br />requests. <br /> <br />MAJOR COMMERCIAL REHABILITATION LOAN PROGRAM <br /> <br />The Executive Director reported that the Agency had previously <br />adopted a similar Resolution as was now being presented for <br />approval. Wells Fargo Bank and the Agency's bond attorneys are <br />requesting that a similar Resolution be adopted with the basic <br />difference being that the second Resolution'lists each individual <br />participant applying for a loan. <br /> <br />s <br /> <br />-2- <br />
