<br />r . <br /> <br />/ <br />/ <br />/ <br /> <br />/ <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br />SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br />SEPTEMBER 17, 1979 <br /> <br />The Regular Meeting of the Community Redevelopment Agency of the <br />City of Santa Ana was called to order by Chairman James Ward at <br />2:05 P.M. in the City Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, <br />Santa Ana, California. After the pledge to the Flag, roll was <br />called: <br /> <br />PRESENT <br /> <br />ABSENT <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Gordon Bricken <br />Daniel Griset <br />Robert Luxembourger <br />J. Thompson, City Manager <br />Dan Stone, Assistant City Manager <br />Keith Gow, City Attorney <br /> <br />RECESS <br /> <br />At 2:06 P.M., the meeting was recessed to an executive session, <br />and then to the City Council meeting. At 3:04 P.M., the meeting <br />was reconvened. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE PROPOSED SALE BY THE COMMUNITY <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY TO JONES DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION AND <br />ENVIRONMENTAL FINDINGS RELATED THERETO <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />The Chairman stated that this was the time and place for the <br />public hearing of the proposed sale by the Community <br />Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana to Jones <br />Development Corporation and environmentaL findings in relation <br />thereto. The site is bounded on the west by Flower Street, on <br />the south by Civic Center Drive, on the east by Parton and on the <br />north by a line approximately 281 feet north of Civic Center <br />Drive. <br /> <br />The Chairman stated that the members of the Community <br />Redevelopment Agency, while sitting as the City Council, <br />previously heard evidence as presented by Agency staff and <br />members of the public, and that the Agency may consider such <br />evidence in full as previously presented. He further stated that <br />if there were any further comments from the public on issues not <br />previously raised, or new evidence on matters previously <br />presented, now is the time and place for such comments. No <br />comments were made. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />The Chairman then asked if members of the Agency had any <br />questions. There being none, the Chairman closed the public <br />hearing. <br />
