<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />A motion was made by Mr. Bricken, seconded by Mr. Serrato and <br />carried unanimously to direct the Redevelopment Commission to <br />initiate a process for the selection of a developer; and to adopt <br />the memorandum of June 18 in concept as a guide for the selection <br />of a developer. <br /> <br />Mr. Bricken stated that the criteria should be consistent so that <br />proposals may be effectively compared. <br /> <br />Mr. Bricken also stated that all of the developers interested in <br />the site should be encouraged to develop in Santa Ana, whether on <br />this site or on others. <br /> <br />HEATH ENTERPRISES/DAVIS STATIONERS <br />BROADWAY AND SECOND STREET <br /> <br />FOR <br /> <br />DEVELOPMENT OF <br /> <br />PROPOSAL <br /> <br />A motion was made by Mr. Bricken, seconded by Mr. Luxembourger and <br />carried unanimously to eontinue this matter for 30 days. <br /> <br />AMENDMENTS TO AGENCY BY-LAWS <br /> <br />A motion was made by Mr. Luxembourger, seconded by Mr. Bricken and <br />carried unanimously to receive the amended by-laws and continue <br />until July 16, 1979 for action. <br /> <br />ORAL COMMUNICATIONS -- HOUSING REPLACEMENT PROGRAM <br /> <br />Mr. Robert Clayton, the Agency's Rehabilitation Planning <br />Specialist, stated that five more houses had become available from <br />the Mead Corporation for the Housing Replacement Program, should <br />the Agency desire to expand the program. Applicants are available <br />for the houses. Approximately $3,500 per house in additional <br />costs would be incurred. <br /> <br />A motion was made by Mr. Bricken, seconded by Mr. Griset and <br />carried (Mr. Yamamoto voted NO) to approve the expansion of the <br />Housing Replacement Program to include five additional houses. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />There being no further business before the Community Redevelopment <br />Agency, the meeting was adjourned at 3:20 P.M. upon the motion of <br />Mr. Bricken, seconded by Mr. Serrato and carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> <br />~~ <br /> <br />Rlchard E.
