ALLAN FAINBARG AND MR. PAUL <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />The Executive Director advised that the Redevelopment Agency <br />at its meeting of April 21, 1980, granted Mr. Allan Fainbarg <br />a six-month exclusive right to negotiate for the development <br />of a site bounded by Civic Center Drive, Main and Bush <br />Streets, subject to the payment of one-half of the cost of <br />the necessary feasibility study and the future availability <br />of Agency funds. Mr. Fainbarg proposed the construction of <br />a three-story office building of approximately 21,000 square <br />feet to be built over one floor of enclosed, surface <br />parking. <br /> <br />-10- <br />
