<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />AGREEMENTS WITH <br />LOAN PROGRAM <br /> <br />CONSULTANTS <br /> <br />FOR SB-99 COMMERCIAL MORTGAGE <br /> <br />Due to a conflict of interest, Mr. Ward left the meeting. <br /> <br />Mr. Ream s ta ted tha t th is i tern was con tinued from the <br />regularly scheduled meeting of August 18,1980. <br /> <br />After lengthy discussion a motion was made by Mr. Griset, <br />seconded by Mr. Yamamoto and carried by a vote of 3:1 (Mr. <br />Markel casting the "NO" vote) to adopt the following <br />Resolutions. <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Resolution 80-84: A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />AUTHORIZING ITS CHAIRMAN TO EXECUTE "AGREEMENT FOR <br />SERVICES OF INVESTMENT BANKER (COMMERCIAL <br />REDEVELOPMENT CONSTRUCTION LOANS)". <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Resolution 80-85: A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRMAN OF THE AGENCY TO EXECUTE <br />AN AMENDMENT TO A FINANCIAL CONSULTANT AGREEMENT. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Resolution 80-86: A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRMAN TO EXECUTE <br />AN AGREEMENT FOR A FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR <br />COMMERCIAL MORTGAGE LOANS. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />Resolution 80-99: A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRMAN TO EXECUTE <br />AN AGREEMENT FOR BOND COUNSEL SERVICES WITH JONES, <br />HALL, HILL & WHITE. <br /> <br />AMENDMENT <br />AGREEMENT <br /> <br />TO <br /> <br />THE <br /> <br />WARREN <br /> <br />K. VAN INGEN ET AL PARTICIPATION <br /> <br />After a lenghty discussion on the realignment of Ross Street <br />a motion was made by Mr. Ward, seconded by Chairman <br />Luxembourger and carried by a vote of 4:1 (Mr. Markel <br />cas ting the" NO" vo te) to con tinue th is item to la ter in the <br />day after the City Council had the opportunity to act on the <br />realignment of Ross Street. <br /> <br />AMENDMENT <br />AGREEMENT <br /> <br />TO <br /> <br />THE <br /> <br />ROSS <br /> <br />AND <br /> <br />FIFTH DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION <br /> <br />A motion was made by Mr. Ward, seconded by Chairman <br />Luxembourger and carried by a vote of 4:1 (Mr. Markel <br />casting the "NO" vote) to continue this item to later in the <br />day after the City Council had the opportunity to act on the <br />realignment of Ross Street. <br /> <br />ACQUISITION OF <br />DEVELOPMENT SITE <br /> <br />PROPERTY <br /> <br />WITHIN <br /> <br />THE <br /> <br />SANTORA <br /> <br />PARTNERS <br /> <br />A motion was made by Mr. Griset, seconded by Mr. Ward and <br />carried by a vote of 4:1 (Mr. Markel casting the "NO" vote) <br />that the Agency adopt Resolution 80-105: A RESOLUTION OF <br />THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRMAN OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT <br />AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT FOR <br />ACQUISITION OF REAL PROPERTY BETWEEN THE AGENCY AND NATHAN <br />SINGER, TRUSTEE FOR THE NATHAN SINGER TRUST. <br /> <br />-3- <br /> <br />-_J <br />
