Mr. Yamamoto stated that he did not want to <br />amend his motion, as he felt this item was not a problem to the <br />City, but that it was the owner's problem. <br /> <br />A motion was made by Mr. Griset, seconded by Mr. Bricken and failed <br />by the following roll call motion to amend the previous motion by <br />deleting item 2A (Acquisition of Property Within the Mohler <br />Development Site) from the motion: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSTAINED: <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />Bricken, Griset, Luxembourger <br />Markel, Serrato, Yamamoto <br />Ward <br />None <br /> <br />The original motion to continue items 2A (Acquisition of Property <br />within the Mohler Development Site; 3A (Bid Award for Demolition in <br />Multi Modal Transit Terminal Site; and SA (Extension of Exclusive <br />Right to Negotiate for Mr. Ralph Allen was then voted on and <br />carried by the following roll call vote: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSTAINED: <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />Bricken, Luxembourger, Markel, Serrato, Yamamoto <br />Griset <br />Ward <br />None <br /> <br />SALE OF SB-99 BONDS IN NEW YORK AND WASHINGTON <br /> <br />A motion was made by Mr. Griset, seconded by Mr. Luxembourger and <br />carried unanimously to authorize the Chairman of the Redevelopment <br />Agency to execute an application for filing an exemption in the <br />State of New York and an application for qualification in the State <br />of Washington relating to the sale of the Agency's proposed SB-99 <br />bond issue. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF TRACT MAP FOR INTOWN HOUSING CONDOMINIUM DEVELOPMENT <br /> <br />A motion was made by Mr. Griset, seconded by Mr. Serrato and <br />carried unanimously (after lengthy discussion between Mr. Yamamoto <br />and the Executive Director regarding the set aside units in <br />relationship to the Tract Map) to authorize the Chairman and <br />Secretary of the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of <br />Santa Ana to execute Tract Map 10680 for the Intown Housing <br />Developmen t. <br /> <br />OWNER PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT WITH HARRY AND EVELYN GREENBERG <br /> <br />A motion was made by Mr. Bricken, seconded by Mr. Serrato and <br />carried (Mr. Markel voted NO) to: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Authorize staff to notice a public hearing on January 21, <br />1980 which is legally required prior to entering into an <br />Owner Participation Agreement to convey land to a <br />developer; and <br /> <br />Grant Harry and Evelyn Greenberg a six month exclusive <br />right to negotiate for the development of parcels 008- <br />167-01, -02, -06, and the westerly 75 feet of -15. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />There being no further business before the Community Redevelopment <br />Agency, the meeting was adjourned at 2:20 P.M. upon the motion of <br />Mr. Bricken, seconded by Mr. Ward and carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />Executive Director <br /> <br />-2- <br /> <br />7 <br />
