The meeting was <br />reconvened at 6:12 P.M., with the same members present. <br /> <br />EXTENSION OF OXFORD WEST EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO NEGOTIATE <br /> <br />A motion was made by Mr. Griset, seconded by Mr. Serrato and <br />carried unanimously to grant a six month extension to Oxford <br />West Development Company's Exclusive Right to Negotiate. <br /> <br />PROPOSED AGREEEMNT WITH MOHLER-VISTA AND D & B DEVELOPMENT <br /> <br />A motion was made by Mr. Luxembourger, seconded by Mr. <br />Griset and carried unanimously to continue the date to hold <br />a public hearing for the adoption of a Disposition and <br />Development Agreement with D & B Development until January <br />19, 1982. <br /> <br />BID AWARD FOR THE WIDENING OF ROSS STREET FROM THIRD TO <br />FIFTH STREETS AND THE REMOVAL OF FOURTH STREET FROM PARTON <br />TO ROSS STREETS <br /> <br />A motion was made by Mr. Griset, seconded by Mr. Acosta and <br />carried by a 6:1 vote (Mr. Markel casting the "NO" vote) to <br />authorize the Chairman of the Community Redevelopment Agency <br />of the City of Santa Ana to award the bid to and execute a <br />contract with the lowest responsive bidder, American <br />Construction, in the amount of $168,129.00. <br /> <br />MAJOR COMMERCIAL REHABILITATION LOAN PROGRAM - REVISED <br />PROCEDURES - LOAN AGREEMENTS!NOTE PURCHASE AGREEMENTS/ <br />SECURED PROMISSORY NOTES <br /> <br />A motion was made by Mr. Serrato, seconded by Mr. Acosta and <br />carried by a 6:1 vote (Mr. Markel casting the "NO" vote) to <br />adopt the following Resolutions: <br /> <br />-2- <br />
