CONSENT CALENDAR FINIS. . . . . . . . <br /> <br />Mr. Markel arrived at 7:55 P.M. <br /> <br />NORTH MAIN STREET DEVELOPMENT <br /> <br />The Executive Director introduced Mr. Ed Sabbagh of the Oxford <br />West Development Company and invited him to make his <br />presentation on the proposed North Main Street Development. <br /> <br />Mr. Sabbagh thanked the Agency for the opportunity to make his <br />presentation and called attention to a model of the proposed <br />development, which had been placed in the Council Chambers for <br />their information. He added that Oxford West felt that this <br />proposed project would be one of the Company's finest. <br /> <br />Mr. Sabbagh pointed <br />Alberta, Canada and <br />developers in North <br />slide presentation of <br />in the United States. <br /> <br />out that their Company was based in <br />was considered to be one of the largest <br />America. He then made a comprehensive <br />many of their projects both in Canada and <br /> <br />Mr. Sabbagh introduced Byron Pinckert, A.I.A., and asked him to <br />present the proposed plans for the North Main Street site. Mr. <br />Pinckert stated that, in the following slide presentation, he <br />would be presenting conceptual drawings which were intended to <br />maximize the use of the site and show a possible scope of the <br />development based on current zoning. He added that he was <br />sure everyone understood that such a development would take a <br />long period of time to complete, and that the time table for <br />the accomplishment of the various phases had not as yet been <br />established. He then made a slide presentation which showed <br />aerial photos of the proposed site and conceptual drawings of <br />three office towers, a hotel, a galleria connecting these four <br /> <br />4. <br />
